This is a very robust tilt mechanism that does away with the need for a rotator and possibly planning consent. 

Fitted and removed in minutes and comes complete with a 500mm ground sleeve, removable 1.5M post, rotator handle and clamp for you to maunally set your beam.

Insert your own 2" (50mm) pole into the sleeve, tighten the T-bar (no tools required) raise the mast with the winch provided. Once vertical the T-bar can be lossened and the mast rotated with the rotator handle supplied. Tighten the T-bar to secure your antenna in the chosen direction.

This clamps around your mast and fixes to the ground to allow you to tilt the mast, making it easy to lower and raise your antennas. There is a K style stand off bracket to secure your mast to the wall, giving you a solid base for your antennas.

Four bolt holes allow you to attach it to the ground, insert your 2" tube and tighten the single nut to secure.

Removing one of the lug bolts allows you to tilt your mast or antenna while the base is still secured to the ground.

Photo shows a 60ft 1/4 wave vertical for 80M, obviously at that height it would require guyed as in the photo.
